So, headed out on the trail today for a run.  We had to get in an hour.  Wore my normal running clothes, but wore the Synergy shorts.  I will admit, I'm kind of a whimp when it comes to anything cooler than 50 degrees.  Today was close.

We did 7.5 miles through water, mud, ice, snow and just about anything else.  With these shorts with the large elastic on the bottom above the knees to hold the shorts in place and the small enough (but still well padded for biking) pad these shorts are great.

Pros:
>Right length
>Perfect pad
>Comfortable and quick drying (even in the water puddles)

Cons:
>The string is not long enough (and it stinks)

Overall:  A great buy.
